Our classes are a fun, one-hour group session led by a coach. Every day is a little different, but here’s what you can expect:
Whiteboard Brief – We all gather around the whiteboard while the coach explains the workouts, shows the movements, and helps you find a version that suits you. We usually have 2 different workouts for the day for you to choose from depending on how you are feeling and what goals you are working towards. These usually include a strength / skill component and a conditioning component
Warm-Up – We get your body moving and ready for action.
Skill Practice – We practice a movement or skill so you feel confident and ready.
Workout – Everyone does a workout together! Our coaches keep an eye on everyone and help as needed.
Cool Down – We stretch, fist bump, share how it went and head into the rest of our day feeling strong!
