Step 1: Complimentary Functional Movement Screening
Everyone begins their journey with a complimentary Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
This science-backed assessment identifies movement deficits, muscular imbalances, and mobility or stability limitations.
By understanding how your body moves, we create a safe and effective training pathway tailored to your needs—helping reduce the risk of injury, improve performance, and set a strong foundation for long-term progress.

Step 2: choose your membership
Following your screening, our physiotherapist will guide you in selecting the membership option best suited to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
Whether that’s unlimited classes, 3 sessions per week, or flexible class packs, you’ll have the confidence of knowing your training plan is built on a professional assessment of your needs.
Step 3: one-on-one Personal training session
Next, you’ll complete a 1:1 personal training session with one of our experienced coaches.
In this session, we’ll teach you the 9 foundational CrossFit movements in a safe and supportive environment.
Already familiar with CrossFit? Use this time as a refresher or to fine-tune specific movements so you feel confident stepping back into class.
